Cancellation Policy
A 50% deposit is required for all services. Deposits are non-refundable and secure your appointment. Please plan to arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled time. Appointments begin and end on time. A five-minute transition period is included between sessions to allow previous clients to exit, new clients to enter, and for Soul Light Aura Photography to sanitize equipment.
If you are more than 5 minutes late, your appointment will be considered a no-show. For 15-minute appointments, arriving more than 5 minutes late may prevent completion of the full aura photo and reading.
All session sales are final. Soul Light Aura Photography does not offer rescheduling, refunds, or cancellations for any reason. Sessions cannot be transferred to a later date or converted into credit. No exceptions will be made to this policy.
